I haven’t been on here in a while. A year ago I lost over 30 pounds and have kept it off. The bummer and truth of the matter is that that much needs to be lost again. I’ve tried off and on doing different things but have struggled. Today it hit me that the reason I lost that weight so easily last year was that I recorded in advance what I would eat the next day and post it on here. I’m starting that again. Tonight. Planning my meals a day ahead posting my intake as well as workouts. Next weekend I start my yoga teacher training that goes through August. I want to build better habits and sustain them for the rest of my life. I’m sad and depressed when I binge which has been happening often lately. It makes me unable to do anything but eat and lie around in tears. I don’t deserve this, my body doesn’t deserve this! I’m going to start getting up early again too so I get my workout in first thing in the morning. This almost always guarantees a depression-free day. This is what I have to do. I work tomorrow at 730 and am going to wake up at 6 to get at least a 45 minute run in prior. I can do this. I will do this. I need to breathe and not loose control. Planning my meals, not over-sleeping and getting a workout in before anything else will help prevent this. I am excited. I have been so deep in sadness lately it’s carried over into my school work as well as relationship, I broke down in front of my boyfriend the other day, just sad about myself and how I’ve been letting myself down. No one is going to change this unless I do. That being said, that is exactly what I am going to do. I will log the binge free/workouts/food intakes as well as my emotional side which is just as important. Everyday, make it a habit again. To get to where I need to be to be happy and healthy. Wish me luck you guys, I’ve missed you all!
